Racks are mainly of standard width 19" although they can also be different. They have one or more handles and they are transported in horizontal position. They can have one to three lids (two lids according to standard), and they can also have wheels on them to be transported more easily. Basic material for rack production is waterproof plywood made of birch timber, which can be covered with PVC colored foil or aluminum foil. The thickness of plywood can be 7mm, 9.5mm or 11mm, and if especially needed, it can be even thicker. The edges are strengthened by aluminum profiles, and metal angles are set to provide special protection and strength.
Cases can be of different dimensions with one or more handles and they can be transported both in horizontal and vertical position. They can also have wheels to provide easier transport. Basic material for case production is waterproof plywood made of birch timber, which can be covered with PVC colored foil or aluminum foil. The thickness of plywood can be 4mm, 4.5mm, 7mm, 9.5mm or 11mm, and thicker if necessary. The edges are strengthened by aluminum profiles, and metal angles are set to provide special protection and strength.
Boxes are mainly of larger dimensions with two or more handles and they are transported in horizontal position, with wheels to provide easier transport. Basic material for box production is waterproof plywood made of birch timber, which can be covered with PVC colored foil or aluminum foil. The thickness of plywood can be 7mm, 9.5mm or 11mm, and thicker if needed, with strengthened edges and metal angles.
